Altet Opportunities is a privately held real estate investment firm. We operate as principals — originating, evaluating and investing in real estate opportunities — and we introduce capital providers to transactions where we see genuine value. Our network spans institutional investors, banks, debt funds and family offices, and we protect it by only bringing forward opportunities we believe in.

Our experience runs across the capital structure and across sectors. We have worked with senior debt, junior and mezzanine capital, equity and forward funding, and across living sectors, industrial, social housing, hospitality and operating assets. We are deliberately not specialists in one asset class: our edge is in reading a capital structure, understanding what makes a transaction fundable, and knowing who the right counterparty is.

We work with a small number of relationships at any one time, and we are judged on outcomes. Because we invest ourselves, we look at every opportunity the way an investor would — with discipline, and with a clear view of the downside as well as the upside.
